Delivery & Payment Policy

1. Introduction
This Delivery & Payment Policy describes how ElevateMind Coaching provides access to its coaching sessions, digital materials, and personal development programs, and how payments are processed.
To maintain full transparency and simplicity, all payments are handled exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD).
Our mission is to provide secure and convenient service while ensuring every client receives reliable access to our programs.
2. Service Delivery
A. Coaching Sessions and Programs

All coaching sessions are delivered online through secure video platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

In-person sessions within Switzerland are available upon request and confirmed via email after booking.

After you place an order, a confirmation email with your scheduled time and access details will be sent.

Your booking becomes active once Cash on Delivery payment is successfully collected and confirmed.

Multi-week programs include structured sessions, progress assessments, and follow-up guidance as described in your booking confirmation.
B. Workshops and Events

Workshop details (date, time, and format) are shared via email after booking.

For in-person events or retreats, full schedules and location information are provided at least 7 days before the event.

If ElevateMind Coaching needs to reschedule an event, you can either confirm the new date or request a full refund.
C. Digital Products and Materials

Digital materials (e-books, self-study guides, templates) are delivered by email after Cash on Delivery payment confirmation.

Access links remain valid for 12 months after delivery.

All digital materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
3. Payment Method — Cash on Delivery Only
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only available payment method.

Payment is made directly to the courier or delivery agent at the time of receiving your confirmation package or access credentials.

Please have the exact amount in Swiss Francs (CHF) ready, as couriers may not carry change.

Orders that are not successfully confirmed or paid upon delivery will not be processed further.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Order summary and total payable amount

Information about when and how you’ll receive your service or digital access

Contact details for customer support
After payment is received, you will receive:

A payment confirmation

A PDF invoice

Session access details or download links for digital products
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact privacy@elevatemind.com.
5. Invoicing and Corporate Clients
Corporate and professional clients can request a formal COD invoice in advance for accounting or reimbursement purposes.
Send your request to privacy@elevatemind.com including your company name, billing address, and VAT number.
Invoices are issued in Swiss Francs (CHF) and comply with Swiss accounting regulations.
6. Non-Delivery or Access Issues
If you have not received your access information, digital materials, or confirmation email after COD payment:

Check your spam or promotions folder.

If still missing after 24 hours, contact privacy@elevatemind.com with your order number.
Our team will verify payment and resend your access credentials as soon as possible.
7. Security and Payment Protection
All Cash on Delivery transactions are handled securely.
We cooperate only with verified delivery partners to ensure safe and accurate payment handling.
ElevateMind Coaching does not store or process credit card details and does not accept electronic payments.
Your personal and order data are protected under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR standards.
