Return & Refund Policy — ElevateMind Coaching

At ElevateMind Coaching, we provide digital and service-based products such as online coaching sessions, workshops, and development programs. Because our offerings involve personalized time and digital delivery, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both clients and coaches.

1. Coaching Sessions

  • Individual sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

  • Late cancellations: Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.

  • No-shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

2. Programs and Packages

  • Before start date: You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your first scheduled session.

  • After start date: Once the program has begun, partial refunds are available only for the unused portion of the package, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Completed sessions within a package are non-refundable.

3. Workshops and Group Events

  • For workshops or group coaching programs, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start date to receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel later, a 50% refund will apply. No refunds are available after the program begins.

4. Digital Products

E-books, downloadable materials, and other digital resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or reschedule a session, please contact us at privacy@elevatemindcoaching.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not apply in cases of technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet connectivity, third-party platform failure). However, we will always offer the option to reschedule affected sessions.
