ElevateMind Coaching provides professional business and leadership coaching services, both online and in person. These include:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Coaching packages and workshops

  • Corporate leadership programs

  • Digital tools and learning resources

All coaching services are non-medical, educational, and advisory in nature. They are designed to support professional development, not to replace therapy, medical advice, or counseling.

4. Use of the Website

Users agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website, including unauthorized access, automated scraping, or distribution of malicious content.

All content, text, and images on the site remain the intellectual property of ElevateMind Coaching and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

5. Booking and Payment

All coaching sessions, workshops, and digital products must be prepaid at the time of booking through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another approved payment method.
Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with session or access details.

Invoices are issued in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our refund and rescheduling terms follow the Return & Refund Policy available on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing any booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in our coaching services, you agree to:

  • Participate actively and respectfully during sessions.

  • Provide accurate information relevant to your coaching goals.

  • Acknowledge that results depend on your personal effort and engagement.

ElevateMind Coaching makes no guarantees of specific outcomes or financial results.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. We maintain professional discretion and comply with data protection regulations, including Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability

ElevateMind Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
Clients acknowledge that coaching is a professional partnership and that personal or business decisions remain their responsibility.

10. Data Protection

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, stored, and protected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland.
